LittleBIGPlanet details

I don’t want to go too much into it, because the post speaks for itself. And you should read the original post to give kudos to the writer. What am I on about? LittleBIGPlanet. It’s an awesome game, and some new details about it were posted recently on LittleBIGPlanet Central. There’s even a video of the tutorial there that is quite meaty. I recommend checking it out (originally found through Kotaku, of course — those guys let very little slip through their fingers).
What’s good about it? Lot’s really. It will be an awesome avenue for people to create potentially amazing things. This may very well lead to new innovations in game design and mechanics, and lead to a wonderful new world for gamers. Apart from that, it looks incredibly fun, and I need to talk a few more friends into purchasing PS3s and jumping online. Myself? I won’t be creating too much, but the wife is a creative sort, and I just like making my own little things, so I’m looking forward to creating my little sackboy. To be honest, this post has made LBP jump to the very top of my most wanted list — yep, above Guitar Hero World Tour. Going by my previous post, that didn’t take much, but trust me, I am rather rabidly anticipating this game!
