Street Fighter 4… OK, you win
July 17th, 2008 Posted in GamesI know I wasn’t keen on SF4 in the past, and until very recently, I just couldn’t get excited. I think this is mainly due to the fact that, ever since Street Fighter 2, every new SF title has pretty much still looked the same. Sure the graphics got crisper and more detailed, but you were still essentially playing the same game (although there were a whole lot of little nuances that only the dedicated grew to learn).
And now, finally, a truly new Street Fighter title has arrived. Same great characters and moves we know and love, but it looks so damn good, it makes me yearn… Sigh. I’m a sucker for they hype, sure, but I haven’t been sucked in to a bad game yet (that I will admit to…), except for *ahem* Red Steel… But I like to try to forget that…
