Touchsmart PC… Interesting

I came across a story related to this new HP Touchsmart PC at Gizmodo. With all the talk about the Nintendo DS, the iPhone, and, in future, the Microsoft Surface, this new touchscreen PC has me intrigued. Not only that, but it has stoked my waning interest in HP. I have been on ‘choose-your-own’ mode for a while now, in regards to ‘puters — you can get exactly what you want that way. But now, I am really considering purchasing one of these (when I magically find the cash) — just because it’s a bit different, and it’s not a shitty PC, either! Still, just for a touchscreen that I might not use the way I think I will, I’m just not sure. It’s probably still better to make my own desktop…
Check out the Gizmodo link, it’s actually a review. Plus there’s a video showing off it’s sexiness, but the reviewer does mention they just don’t make good enough use of the touchscreen, so I might wait for a bit — I’m sure this will become the new ‘in’ thing… Yay!
