Lamb Cutlets

Well, it was a pretty simple weekend, we went shopping and grabbed some meat, as we do, so we decided to make a BBQ of various dead animal flesh. Then we bought lamb cutlets, and our preference changed. Lamb cutlets are damn tasty, and if you can get them cheap enough, they make for a wicked dinner; one that’s really easy to prepare.

Very simple, in fact. Chop up some rosemary, chuck it on the meat, and BBQ till you think they look good. Then eat. Mihoko also prepared an ‘experiment salad’. She used baby spinach, carrot, pine nuts, potatoes, and a dressing made from apricot jam and mustard — it was lovely! And we had chips. We always have chips. It’s not a BBQ without chips. And that’s all… Yeah, I know… Very plain and simple this week, but sometimes plain and simple is the best!

What? We were sick this week! We just wanted to do something simple. Oh, and it rained, too. That sucked a bit.
