Weekend BBQ: Lamb Roast Edition

That time of the week again already? Well, here we are, weekend-stylin’, and BBQ-ing up a storm, as per usual. A day late this week, as yesterday was my brother-in-law’s birthday and we went to a wicked kick ass Greek restaurant for foodly face pleasing goodness.
Tonight, however, we had our regular BBQ feast. Another roast this week! Two weeks in a row… I am a lucky man… This week we have roast lamb, cooked for about 2 hours on the barbie, in red wine and olive oil, with rosemary. Yes, tasted as good as it sounds.
While it would be abso-posi-lutely awesome to have another roast next week, it just aint gonna happen. Next week will be back to regular BBQ… Not a big problem, though, as it will still be the cooked flesh of an animal! Yay! I guess you can only score cheap-ass meat for so long before your luck changes… But I feel like a regular BBQ anyway… For any US-readers– no prawns (shrimp) next week, but we’ll get there, by golly.
